Our servers are clustered in a Web farm at RackSpace Managed Hosting (San Antonio, TX); therefore we can add more hardware/servers as needed. RackSpace monitors the CPU, Memory, Disk and Network Utilization and has regular discussions with us regarding when it might be necessary to expand our capacity.

Additionally, the security of your system is monitored and managed in several ways. Your solution is located behind its own dedicated/managed firewall. The Rackspace professional services team manages the security of the firewall and, in the event they detect any issues such as firewall port scanning or hacking attempts, they will notify you and react. RackSpace is responsible for vulnerability patching and updates when they are considered issues by Microsoft.
