Our consulting process starts with understanding your objectives and then developing the right approach to balance all the different communication channels - from website functionality to emails; from personalized text messages to phone calls. We even point out instances where print documents are the best tool for the job!
Our team has extensive experience working with private schools. Many have worked as school administrators, faculty, and staff. This understanding of educational culture is key to helping your school achieve its goals. Whether it’s the ability to post grades online, share comments between faculty members, or update important announcements in real time, our consultants help you take full advantage of WhippleHill tools and services to enhance online interaction and whole-school connectivity.

Information can be conveyed through text, images, charts, videos, audio, animations, and other channels. We help you deploy these resources on each and every page with overall content strategy recommendations and a sitemap.

Do you have some design and technology skill and knowledge on your team? Are you looking to have your site up and running quickly? With Quick Start, you will select one of WhippleHill’s onMessage site design themes, and we’ll install it. We’ll provide training (as a part of onMessage) and we’ll show you how to set up that design theme for your school. Looking to upgrade to onMessage as soon as possible, but planning a full redesign later? This is also the perfect option for you.
You love the onMessage theme, and need to move quickly, but you’d like a little of the WhippleHill professional expertise to help you get going. That’s where Quick Start Advanced comes in. You will pick one of the onMessage themes, and work together with a WhippleHill designer to modify the theme’s design, incorporating your school’s unique logos, colors, and fonts. This will include two (2) design sessions with a designer, plus design build time to have WH apply the chosen fonts, colors and logos.
Are you looking for a design that uniquely expresses your school’s offerings? If so, the Professional option is what you’re looking for. You will work together with a WhippleHill designer to create the website design that does just that. This includes seven (7) design sessions including: a discovery week where the designer and school prepare for the first session; five (5) weekly collaborative design sessions (up to three 3 hours long) and any necessary design work resulting from these design sessions; and a design week between the first and second sessions where the initial design concept is created.

As your school adopts our solution, our team will help configure your data and load it into the WhippleHill system. From there, we train a core team of three to five people, who in turn train others at the school that will use the tools. Training is organized into one-hour sessions and is typically conducted using a Web conference for maximum cost efficiency and knowledge retention.

We have made integration with third-party software products a top priority. Our ecosystem is built from the ground up to play well with other applications, ensuring an easy transition for you and your entire school community. Bottom line: we will help you advance your software capabilities without missing a beat.

In addition to applying best-practices to our firewall deployment, we partner with a leader in Intrusion Detection Systems, adding another layer of protection to our security model. This vendor’s device works in parallel with our security system, immediately triggering a response to block access when suspicious activity is detected. Finally, we deploy an Application Firewall as a third means of guarding against inappropriate system usage.
