Localization
Locale settings allow Canadian schools to adopt the Queen’s English throughout their site, using the preferred terms, spellings and vernacular familiar to your constituents.  Although we offer no French version of our interface, our software does support French text.

However, we also know that true localization does not end with language. We are conscious and understanding of key cultural differences between the United States and Canada, as well as those that exist among the provinces.

Currency
All our commerce-related modules support Canadian currency. Our credit card gateways accept Canadian credit cards, as well. We have established a solid relationship with the International Automated Transactions Service, or iATS. The donation-processing solutions provider, which is headquartered in Vancouver, is renown for its stringent standards in safeguarding customer information.

Our Support hours extend to 8 p.m. Eastern Time, giving clients in Vancouver who are on Pacific Time the opportunity to reach a live person with questions throughout their business day.
